Delete files in filemanager; IE8 bug
One of our clients is reporting a bug in IE8. It seems he can’t delete anything through the filemanager since the right click menu isn’t showing up..
I tested it myself with admin rights and I too experience the same problem.
It seems this is a bug in the browserdetection of the TYPO3 Backend. A patch to make things work again can be found here:

EDIT: The patch is really small, just 2 lines changed. The bug will be fixed in the next release (4.0.13, 4.1.11, 4.2.7, 4.3.0alpha3)
